the long weekend rolled into my fifth week of site guiding, and also my last week. i basically kept doing gamedrives until tuesday the 9/8/2011 and as for the rest of the week we are trying to get all our assesments and tests done! truly will mis site guiding! i loved learning about everything that i never used to pay tooo much attention to.
I can now:
call birds by their REAL names
tel geusts most of the gestation periods of animals
explain what a good velt condition is
resist the temptation to kill a bug (cuz i know its value now)
drive a cruizer succesfully
tell you extreemly intresting facts about trees and grass and their usefullness
survive in the bush for longer than two days (savana bioms only)
the thing i actually loved the most was getting to know the medicinal uses for all the trees and roots! so now id rather get a herbal remedy than a medicine at a chemist.
